• JOYA currently delivers exclusively across the United Arab Emirates.
• All orders are processed promptly and dispatched within 24 hours of purchase confirmation.
• Delivery is typically completed within 24 hours across all Emirates.
• In rare cases of unforeseen delays (e.g., courier disruptions, public holidays, or access restrictions), delivery may extend slightly beyond this timeframe. We will keep you informed should this occur.

A flat delivery fee of AED 35 applies to all orders across the UAE. The delivery fee will be added at checkout before you confirm your order.
