4. Orders & Payment

Orders are confirmed once payment has been successfully processed.
We accept all major credit and debit cards. Cash payments are not accepted.
All prices are listed in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirham) and are subject to change without notice.
Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees.

 

5. Shipping & Delivery

We ship worldwide. Shipping fees, methods, and delivery timelines will be specified at checkout.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors (customs clearance, carrier delays, etc.).
JOYA is not liable for delays once an order has been dispatched.

 

6. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the handmade and unique nature of our products, all sales are final unless the item is defective.

If you receive a defective or damaged product, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery by contacting us through the Contact Form on our Site with your order details and photos.

Approved returns must be sent back in unused condition, in original packaging, at the customer’s expense unless otherwise agreed.
