At JOYA, each piece is carefully handcrafted in Morocco and created in limited quantities. Due to the unique and handmade nature of our jewelry, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons of change of mind, size, or preference.
However, if you receive an item that is defective or damaged upon delivery, we will review your case and offer a solution in line with the following conditions:
1. Defective or Damaged Items
You must notify us within 7 days of delivery through our Contact Form on the Site.
Your request must include your order number, description of the defect/damage, and clear photos of the item.
Once your request is reviewed and approved, you will receive instructions for returning the item.
2. Return Conditions
Items must be returned in unused condition, in their original packaging, and with all accompanying materials.
Returns that do not meet these requirements will not be accepted.
The cost of return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed.
3. Refunds
If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Refunds are processed within 10–15 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Delivery fees (AED 35) are non-refundable.
4. Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstance, unless defective.
5. Final Note
We take great pride in the craftsmanship of JOYA. Every piece is inspected before dispatch to ensure it meets our quality standards. Our policy ensures fairness while protecting the authenticity of our handmade creations.
